**This property has a seven-night minimum stay requirement for arrivals between 12/15/03-1/7/04. A four-night minimum stay is required for arrivals between 1/8/04-4/15/04. A two-night minimum is required for arrivals between 4/16/04-12/14/04.** **Superior and garden view rooms are based on double occupancy, third person pays $29.00 per night from 12/15/03-4/15/04 and $23.00 per night from 4/16/04-12/14/04, at check in.**
The garden view and studio rooms are adjacent to the pool and Jacuzzi and offer spacious living. These units feature a private balcony, air conditioning, refrigerator and ceiling fan. The studio units include a mini kitchen as well as all of the amenities of the rooms. Additional comforts include cable television, telephones and in-room safes. Please note that the Superior rooms are located beachside, while the garden view studio and garden view rooms are located across the street from the beach.
